Most players do not realize how difficult it can be to get recruited here in Idaho. According to Todd Kays, Ph.D at the Athletic Mind Institute, only 2.9% of high school seniors in America will play at an NCAA school. When you consider that Idaho players are competing for roster spots with kids from around the entire nation, you can see why now is the time to start preparing.

Preparation comes in two forms: getting your skills to their highest level and understanding what to expect in recruiting and scouting situations. The Idaho Junior Phenom camp helps players in both of these areas, even if a player does not qualify for the national camp. We not only help players develop their skills but we replicate the scouting environment. These are both keys to success at an early age because we all know that a lot can happen between a player's fifth, sixth and seventh grade years and their junior and senior years.

The Idaho adidas Junior Phenom camp is run just like National Exposure camps, including the National adidas Junior Phenom camp in San Diego, California. At the Idaho camp, players will not only get to experience what an exposure camp is like, a couple of players will qualify for the National Phenom camp next August.

Idaho players are proving that they can compete at the national level. Last year, Idaho Junior Phenom regional qualifier Jared Stutzman qualified for the national Junior Phenom camp and was ranked #22 in the nation. CLICK HERE to see the complete list of players.
