Idaho Junior Phenom Refund Policy

As with any organization, we recognize that exceptional situations may arise during the year. Please understand that most of the expenses that are incurred by the camp (such as gym rental, insurance, apparel, etc.) are up front expenses that are paid well in advance of the camp. Additionally, as each participant registers there are administrative costs that cannot be refunded.

Given this environment, the following policies govern refunds for the Idaho Junior Phenom Camp and any sales during the camp.

• Through February 28, any participant that wishes to withdraw from the camp may do so with a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee plus any fees charged to us by our credit card company, third party processor, bank, etc.
• From March 1 through March 28, the Idaho Junior Phenom staff is putting players into teams, structuring the schedule, placing final merchandise orders and determining the necessary gym and classroom space to put on a successful camp. Therefore, any participant that wishes to withdraw from the camp for any reason (injury, travel, sickness or they simply change their minds) will be refunded their registration fee minus a $75 late notice fee, any late fee that was charged and any fees charged to us by our credit card company, third party processor, bank, etc.
• After March 28 the camp has been structured based on the number and type of players that are registered. Any player withdrawals at this point will cause major changes to the camp. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any reason after this date.

• No refunds will be given. All sales are final.
